About the Role
As a Nurse Coordinator, you will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate services for consumers while supervising Registered Nurses, Licensed Practical Nurses, Consumer Recovery Specialists, and Mental Health Technicians. Your responsibilities include managing staffing, scheduling, and performance for a multidisciplinary team, monitoring quality-of-care metrics, collaborating with physicians and hospital leadership, and coaching nursing staff through training and feedback.
About You
Required:
Diploma / Associate Degree in Nursing with 4 years of professional nursing experience including 2 years supervisory and 1 year managerial/consultative/educational experience.
Bachelor’s in Nursing (BSN) with 3 years of professional nursing experience including 2 years supervisory and 1 year managerial/consultative/educational experience.
Master’s in Nursing (MSN) with 2 years supervisory experience and 1 year managerial/consultative/educational experience.
Preferred:
Strong commitment to patient well-being and safety.
Ability to fulfill job-related travel and possess a valid driver’s license.
