About the Role
As a Nurse Director in Training, you will assist the Assistant Director of Health Services and/or the Director of Health Services in ensuring quality care for residents. Your responsibilities will include learning policies and procedures, developing coordination methods for nursing services, participating in facility surveys, and monitoring medication administration. You will also assist in staffing needs, recruitment, and leading campus programs.
About You
Required:
- Associate Degree in Nursing.
- 3-5 years of experience in a healthcare setting.
- Current unencumbered, valid state RN license.
- Current, valid CPR certification.
Preferred:
- Experience in long-term care facilities.
- Knowledge of quality assurance programs.
