About You
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
- New York State Registered Nurse (RN) license/registration.
- A minimum of 5 years recent nursing experience, with Blood Donor and Apheresis experience ideal.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- National Certification is a plus.
- Outstanding communication and self-awareness.
- Mentorship and coaching abilities to support nursing staff development.
- Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Understanding of financial principles, resource allocation, and cost management.
