About the Role
As a Nurse Manager, you will collaborate closely with Operations Managers and clinical leaders to oversee nursing staff, ensure compliance with clinical standards, and optimize patient outcomes. You will develop and implement Nursing Practice Guidelines, support staff development, and manage departmental budgets while fostering a supportive environment for staff and patients.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing and a Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
- Current licensure to practice professional nursing in Massachusetts.
- A minimum of five years of in-patient nursing experience and two years of leadership experience.
Preferred:
- Experience in outpatient ambulatory services.
- Life Support Certification (BLS).
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
