About You
- Active RN license in Connecticut; BSN preferred.
- 5–7 years of nursing experience, with 3–5 in home health.
- 1–2 years of supervisory or management experience.
- Expertise in OASIS, care planning, and CMS CoPs.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team-building skills.
- Proficiency in EMR systems (Homecare HomeConnect) and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally.
