About the Role
As a Nurse Practice Coach, you will be responsible for creating educational environments that promote learning and competency among nursing staff. You will design and facilitate professional development activities, implement various teaching strategies, and serve as a resource for nursing practice. Your role will also involve conducting learning needs assessments, evaluating orientation programs, and pursuing continuous quality improvement in nursing education.
About You
Required:
- Current RN Florida license.
- Minimum of 2-5 years clinical experience.
- Highly developed organizational skills including time management and problem solving.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and non-verbal.
Preferred:
- BSN preferred.
- Specialty certification preferred.
- Previous nursing management or education experience.
- ACLS, ENCP, NRP, PALS preferred based on specialty.
