About the Role
As a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA), you will be responsible for conducting clinical assessments, ordering diagnostic tests, and providing care in accordance with regulations. You will work independently to manage complex patients and maintain relationships with facility staff while educating families about services offered by Primary Vascular Care.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- Degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Program required
- Current NP License required
- BLS – Basic Life Support through American Heart Association required
- Current Infection Control Certification required
- Board Certified/Board Eligible required
- Physical, Vaccines and Titers: PPD/TB, Hep B, MMR, Varicella required
- Reliable transportation (personal vehicle) required
Preferred:
- ACLS – Advanced Cardiac Life Support through American Heart Association preferred
- COVID and Flu Vaccine preferred
- 1 year of NP experience preferred
- Experience in Nursing home environment and outpatient vascular clinics
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
