Premise Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner - PRN to join their Centralized Staffing PRN Pool in Midland, TX. The role involves providing care to client employees within Wellness Centers on a PRN basis, focusing on preventive health and patient education.
About the Role
As a Nurse Practitioner (NP), you will conduct physical exams, perform procedures such as injections and wound care, develop patient care plans, educate patients on health maintenance, collaborate with healthcare teams, and maintain accurate patient health records. This position requires on-site presence during day shifts with no nights or weekends.
About You
Required:
- Active RN and Nurse Practitioner licenses/certificates to practice.
- Federal DEA license.
- Current national certification (ANCC or AANP required).
- Master’s Degree in Science of Nursing.
- At least three years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner in relevant settings.
Preferred:
- Current certification in Basic Life Support and Advanced Cardiac Life Support.
- Experience in ambulatory care, occupational health, family practice, or emergency department.
