About You
Required:
- Nurse Practitioner (NP), Physician Assistant (PA), or Physician with a valid license to practice in the state of employment.
- Demonstrated experience in providing patient care, preferably in a home health, clinic, facility, telehealth, or specialty care setting.
- Strong communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- Ability to evaluate high-risk patients and develop care plans.
- Commitment to delivering compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
