About the Role
As a Nurse Practitioner- PRN, you will conduct adult and geriatric assessments, review medical histories, provide health education, and collaborate with various healthcare professionals. You will work in diverse settings including home visits, skilled facilities, and telehealth, ensuring quality care and addressing multiple health concerns in a single visit.
About You
Required:
- Master’s Degree required OR commensurate experience and satisfactory completion of NP licensure.
- Current RN and NP licensure in state of practice to include prescription authority.
- Board certified by the AANP, ANCC or the AACCN in a Matrix approved specialty.
- Current BLS, ACLS or CPR certification.
- Minimum of 1 year experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Strong computer skills and familiarity with health/medical record software.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience in conducting home risk assessments.
- Ability to work flexible hours including days, evenings, and weekends.
