About the Role
As a PRN Nurse Practitioner, you will be responsible for conducting physical examinations, interpreting diagnostic tests, and formulating patient care plans. You will collaborate with physicians and other health professionals, prescribe medications, maintain medical records, and educate nursing staff on best practices. The position requires flexibility as it is PRN, with clinic hours from Monday to Friday, 7:00 am to 6:00 pm.
About You
Required:
- All RN licenses/certificates to practice
- All nurse practitioner licenses/certificates to practice
- State Prescriptive Authority (if applicable)
- Federal DEA license (matching each state of practice as applicable)
- Current national certification (ANCC or AANP required)
- Master Degree in Science of Nursing
- CPR Certification (BLS or ACLS with hands-on evaluation)
Preferred:
- Experience in a clinical setting providing direct patient care
- Knowledge of Electronic Medical Record software
