About the Role
As a Nurse Practitioner at Optimal Care, you will conduct medical evaluations, communicate significant findings, perform physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, prescribe medications, and develop treatment plans in collaboration with patients and caregivers. You will ensure continuity of care and provide education to patients and families about their health conditions.
About You
Required:
- Master's or doctoral degree as a Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner.
- Current State License as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Ability to lift at least 35lbs and bear the weight of an average adult effectively.
- Current and valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred:
- Post-acute or Nurse Practitioner experience.
- Adult, Family, or Gerontology Nurse Practitioner certification.
- Experience with geriatric patients.
