About the Role
As a Nurse Practitioner, you will conduct thorough patient assessments, diagnose and manage acute and chronic health conditions, create and modify patient care plans, prescribe medications, educate patients and families, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, document care activities, participate in quality improvement initiatives, and provide support to nursing staff.
About You
Required:
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner License in the state of practice.
- DNP or MSN with NP certification required.
- Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred:
- At least two (2) years of clinical experience as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Experience in chronic disease management.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.
- Comfortable working in a technology-driven environment.
