Little Spurs Pediatric Urgent Care is seeking Nurse Practitioners (PNP, FNP) and Physician Assistants (PA) to join their team in the Dallas area. The role involves providing pediatric urgent care to children in a flexible work environment.
About the Role
As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant at Little Spurs, you will work in clinics across Garland, Dallas, Grand Prairie, and Farmers Branch. Your responsibilities will include assessing and treating a variety of illnesses and injuries, performing laceration repairs, and documenting visits in the electronic health record (EHR). You will collaborate with team members to deliver excellent healthcare and comfort to sick or injured children and their families.
About You
Required:
- Current RN and FNP/PNP/PA licensure in the state of practice, including prescription authority or the ability to obtain it.
- American Heart Association BLS and PALS certification required prior to start date.
- Must pass a criminal background check.
- Enjoy working with children.
Preferred:
- Experience in pediatric urgent care or similar healthcare settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
