- 3+ years of experience as a Nurse Practitioner
- Experience in an occupational health setting
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Current valid state licensure
- Current First Aid/CPR/AED certification
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels across the organization
- Strong administrative and management skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Ability to maintain professionalism, ethics, and confidentiality
- Knowledge of OSHA Recordability and workers’ compensation principles
- Familiarity with manufacturing and production facility practices
- Position may require proof of COVID-19 vaccination
