About the Role
As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will conduct Disability Assessments by reviewing medical records and performing focused, in-person physical exams on Veterans. You will document findings electronically and will not make disability determinations or provide treatment or prescriptions. This part-time position requires you to assess 3-5 Veterans per day, working in-person on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8am to 4pm.
About You
Required:
- Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license.
- Ability to analyze medical records and exam findings.
Preferred:
- Experience in performing Independent Medical Assessments.
- Strong time management skills.
