About the Role
As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will be responsible for managing a patient panel with a variety of needs, conducting acute, chronic, and well visits, and providing care both in-office and via tele-health. You will engage in continuous learning and collaborate with clinical teams to enhance patient care.
About You
Required:
- Completed an accredited NP or PA program with a national certification.
- At least 2 years of practice in an outpatient primary care setting within the last 5 years, or 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting with a primary care fellowship or urgent care experience.
- State licensed in Washington by your One Medical start date.
Preferred:
- A passion for human-centered primary care.
- Ability to communicate effectively with diverse populations.
- Clinical proficiency in evidence-based primary care.
