- Master of Science in Nursing as a Family Nurse Practitioner or Bachelor's Degree as a Physician Assistant.
- 1 year of experience in healthcare.
- Valid driver's license.
- Board certified family nurse practitioner (FNP-C) or physician assistant (PA-C), where eligible.
- Active license, AANP or ANCC certification and all necessary state credentials.
- Ability to prioritize and handle multiple projects and responsibilities.
- Strong computer skills.
- Excellent telephone, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Excellent oral/written communication skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
- Previous experience in retail health, emergency health, or critical care.
- Experience with electronic health record charting systems.
- Experience with applicable clinical procedures.
- Demonstrated leadership, coaching, and influencing skills.
