About the Role
As a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant, you will utilize a patient-centered coordinated care model, demonstrating competencies in leadership, direct clinical practice, consultation, collaboration, and ethical decision-making. Your responsibilities will include performing and documenting assessments, managing medical and surgical conditions, prescribing medications, and providing patient education. You will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure effective patient care and participate in clinical research and educational programs.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an NLN/AACN accredited nursing program or completion of an approved physician's assistant program.
- Master's or Doctorate degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
- NJ State Professional Registered Nurse License or Physician Assistant License.
- BLS AHA Basic Health Care Life Support HCP Certification.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite.
Preferred:
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Certification.
