The position requires on-site attendance during scheduled shifts, with a focus on building meaningful connections with patients and staff.
About You
Required:
- Active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Ohio.
- Experience in providing primary care services in a clinical setting.
Preferred:
- Familiarity with electronic health record systems such as ChartEasy™, PointClickCare, or MatrixCare.
- Previous experience in skilled nursing facilities or similar environments.
