About You
Required:
- Must have a valid unencumbered NP License for the state you will be working in.
- 3 years patient care experience required.
Preferred:
- Previous In-home Risk Assessment experience.
- Experience in primary care/adult/geriatric, EMR skills preferred.
- Bilingual is a plus.
