About the Role
As a Nurse Practitioner, you will assess patients' medical and mental health needs, provide plans of care, ensure compliance with regulations, prescribe medications, and work closely with case managers and facility partners. You will exercise independent judgment to treat patients with acute and chronic conditions, contributing to the overall success of TruHealth's innovative care model.
About You
Required:
- FNP, AGNP, AHACNP or PA license required.
- Degree from an accredited APRN or PA program.
- 3 years’ experience in clinical nursing or rehab in geriatric populations.
- Electronic Health Records experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft applications, including Word, Outlook and Excel.
