About You
- Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) with prescriptive authority in New York State.
- Demonstrated expertise in geriatric syndromes, polypharmacy, functional assessment, and cognitive evaluation.
- Certification and clinical experience in geriatrics, internal medicine, family practice, or related specialty.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with patients, families, and interdisciplinary teams.
