You receive free vital sign equipment that automatically sends information to Care Connect so we can treat conditions BEFORE a trip to the emergency department. You have a Care Connect Manager dedicated to your healthcare. The best news is these services are covered by Medicare! Medicare does REQUIRE Care Connect to bill co-pays (which are paid-in-full by secondary insurance). If you do not have secondary insurance and the co-pays will cause you financial hardship, PLEASE CONTACT US!
