About the Role
As a Nurse Residency, you will be responsible for applying your nursing knowledge to all diagnoses, procedures, medications, and equipment associated with the patient population. Your duties will include conducting assessments, developing individualized care plans, and ensuring medication safety while promoting a positive patient experience.
About You
Required:
- Associate's degree in Nursing.
- Registered Nurse (RN) certification.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing.
- Advanced Cardiac Life Support Cert (ACLS).
- Basic Life Support - CPR Cert (BLS).
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification.
- Pediatric Advanced Life Support Cert (PALS).
