About the Role
As a Nurse Residency Program participant, you will engage in a full-time position within various units such as Medical/Surgical Specialty, PCU, Critical Care, and Emergency Department. The program aims to support your transition from student to professional nurse, providing mentorship and resources to enhance your skills and confidence in a clinical setting.
About You
Required:
- Associate's degree in Nursing from an accredited school required; Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Must have less than one (1) year of experience.
- Must be graduating in the next year or have graduated within the past three years.
- Current Florida RN license (may apply without license, but must have license prior to licensure deadline).
- Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.
- Professional Resume.
