About the Role
About You
- NYS RN licensure.
- BLS certification.
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing with an Associate's Degree in Nursing.
- At least five (5) years of nursing supervisory experience, including three years in hospital or behavioral healthcare settings.
- Proficiency in Phlebotomy and EKG.
- Strong time management, writing, and communication skills.
- Ability to supervise, coach, mentor, and train nursing staff.
- Computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and EHR.
- Strong leadership and effective management skills.
- Ability to implement and monitor policies in accordance with agency guidelines.
- Working knowledge of laws governing substance use treatment programs.
- Experience working with diverse populations.
