About the Role
As a Nurse Unit Manager RN, you will manage nursing staff, schedule breaks, reassign employees, write performance reviews, and enforce policies. You will collaborate with administration and other departments in planning care, develop care standards, make rounds to assess patient conditions, and ensure compliance with nursing standards. Additionally, you will perform administrative duties, provide direct nursing care, and document all pertinent data as required by regulations.
About You
Required:
- Current CPR Certification required.
- Nursing Degree or diploma from an accredited College or University.
- Possess a current license to practice in the State as a Registered Nurse.
Preferred:
- At least 2 years of supervisory experience.
- Long-Term care and MDS experience.
