About the Role
As a Nursing Admin Supervisor, you will be responsible for maintaining patient safety and well-being, coordinating with Admissions and Bed Control, monitoring bed availability, and supervising nursing staff. You will act as the on-site hospital administrator after hours, assess requests for administrator-on-call contact, and coordinate disaster plan activities as needed. This position requires strong leadership abilities and a sound knowledge of nursing practices.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of a nursing program.
- Three years of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
- Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse.
Preferred:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing.
- BLS certification.
- ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications.
