Summary
HealtheMed, Inc. is seeking a Nursing Consultant to join their team in Minneapolis, MN. The role involves guiding patients/clients to take control of their health using the innovative Clinic@Home™ technology.
About the Role
As a Nursing Consultant, you will support clients during telemedicine interactions, engage with patients in their homes, assess potential clients for Clinic@Home™, and collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure client needs are met. You will work independently and travel to multiple client locations, focusing on patient-centered care for underserved populations.
About You
Required:
- Current, unrestricted MN State RN license.
- BLS Certification.
- At least 2 years nursing experience in home care, mental health, community-based nursing, or related fields.
- At least 1 year experience working with underserved populations.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and troubleshoot unexpected situations.
- Computer proficiency and EHR/EMR experience.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
Preferred:
- Medication set-up or administration experience.
- Understanding of health and wellness promotion.
- Passion for new technology and improving patient outcomes.
- Coaching and teaching experience.
