About You
Required:
- BSN in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Current Massachusetts RN licensure.
- A minimum of five years of clinical nursing experience in a tertiary care facility.
Preferred:
- MSN or specialty training (e.g. LEAN, Six Sigma).
- Clinical experience in cardiovascular or cardiothoracic surgery nursing.
- Familiarity with performance improvement methodologies.
