About the Role
About You
- Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
- National Food Handler Card - State County City Authority upon hire.
- 1 year of customer service, computer skills, patient interaction, healthcare food service, and food service experience.
- Experience in healthcare food service using therapeutic diets.
- Proficient in computer applications, e.g., Word, Office, with a focus on data input.
- Experience in a high-volume call center.
