The position offers early responsibility and client-facing opportunities, requiring strong skills in drafting transactional documents such as joint venture agreements and loan agreements.
About You
Required:
- Three to six years of experience in real estate law.
- Excellent academic credentials and law firm experience.
- Admission to the New York Bar.
Preferred:
- Experience with construction lending or repurchase facilities.
- Familiarity with drafting joint venture agreements and loan agreements.
