As a NYFS Global Tax Banking Manager, you will be responsible for managing client relationships, overseeing teams of tax professionals, and delivering high-quality tax services. Your daily tasks will include providing tax compliance and advisory services, managing a portfolio of clients, and handling the financial performance of engagements.
About You
Required:
- Minimum five years of recent corporate tax experience in an accounting firm, corporation, and/or law firm.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university.
- Licensed CPA, JD/LLM or EA, with the requirement to obtain at least one approved designation within one year of hire.
- Strong knowledge of ASC 740.
- Experience with corporate taxation, consolidations, and partnerships.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
