About the Role
As a NYFS Senior Associate, you will take a lead role in projects related to IRW compliance, including reviewing Forms 1099 and 1042-S, conducting diagnostic reviews, and providing consulting on operational tax functions. You will also employ technology skills to enhance compliance processes and stay updated on IRS regulations.
About You
Required:
- Minimum two years of recent experience in a relevant role, preferably in a Big 4, law firm, or similar setting focusing on IRW compliance.
- Bachelor's degree in Taxation, Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Preferred:
- J.D., LL.M. in Taxation, or MST from an accredited college/university.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Access, Alteryx, databases, SharePoint, VBA, or Java.
