About the Role
As a NYIC VISTA, Operations, you will be responsible for creating internally-focused systems, resources, and templates, including internal staff trainings and evaluations. You will work to support the organization's mission of aiding immigrants, refugees, and survivors of trauma, ensuring they have pathways to safety and stability.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Preferred:
- Experience in non-profit management.
- Skills in conflict resolution, writing/editing, and fundraising/grant writing.
- Bi/multilingual abilities.
