- Board Certified / Board Eligible (within 3 years of residency; must be BC within 1 year of employment)
- Active IL license or willingness to obtain
- Certified Neonatal Resuscitation Provider (NRP)
- Demonstrated clinical skills in required procedures
- Clean malpractice history
- Open to new graduates if Board Eligible with plans for certification prior to start
