About the Role
As a Home Care Occupational Therapist, you will assess clients' functional status, develop individualized treatment plans, deliver therapeutic services, educate clients and families, supervise assistants, coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams, and document care activities accurately.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
- NBCOT certification and state licensure/registration.
- Minimum one year of experience or completion of a 6–8 week preceptorship.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Preferred:
- Home health experience.
- Commitment to ethical standards and continuous learning.
