About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist (O.T.) with Remedy Home Health, you will work with patients to help them regain independence, improve daily living skills, and get back to doing what they love. Your responsibilities will include creating customized therapy plans, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team, tracking patient progress, maintaining documentation, and ensuring compliance with state and professional guidelines.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy school recognized by the AMA and the American Association of Occupational Therapists.
- Registered with the Occupational Therapist Association and licensed to practice in the state (where applicable).
- At least one year of professional experience as an Occupational Therapist.
Preferred:
- Experience in home health care.
- A compassionate, patient-centered approach to care.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
