About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist (OT), you will perform evaluations and reassessments, develop individualized plans of care, deliver skilled therapy focused on activities of daily living (ADLs), safety, fall prevention, and independence. You will also address home safety and adaptive equipment needs, educate patients and caregivers, collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members, and complete documentation in Kinnser.
About You
Required:
- Active California Occupational Therapist license.
- Valid California driver’s license.
- Strong clinical judgment and time-management skills.
Preferred:
- Home health experience.
