About You
- Graduate of an approved school of Occupational Therapy.
- Licensed as an Occupational Therapist/OT in the state of practice.
- Minimum of one-year experience, or less with approval from Regional Vice President and/or Regional Director of Therapy Services based on prior experience.
- Medicare home health experience.
