As an Occupational Therapist (OT) Department Lead at Eyas Landing, you will provide occupational therapy to children and families while overseeing a team of Occupational Therapists. Your responsibilities will include providing individualized and group therapy, implementing client-centered therapeutic approaches, collaborating with other therapists, documenting progress, and providing mentorship and clinical guidance to ensure consistency in care delivery.

About You

Required:

Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
Current state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.

Preferred:

Experience working with children with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other neurodiverse needs.
Leadership experience in a clinical setting.
