About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist - Bedside, you will provide direct therapy services to patients, evaluate their needs, and develop appropriate care plans. You will also supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants and other support staff, ensuring that patients receive the necessary therapy to restore function and prevent disability. The position requires working in a fast-paced clinical environment, providing care 7 days a week, including holidays.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy.
- Applicable state license for Occupational Therapy.
- BLS certification as per policy guidelines.
Preferred:
- Experience in an acute care setting.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
