- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy or entry level equivalent.
- Licensed or license pending in the State of Illinois without previous disciplinary action.
- Current CPR card.
- Experience in providing occupational therapy services to diverse age groups.
- Knowledge of principles and methods for diagnosis, treatment, and rehabilitation.
