About the Role
As the Occupational Therapist in Home Health, you will be responsible for assessing patient care needs, evaluating functional status, and providing therapy in accordance with state laws and the plan of care. You will collaborate with healthcare team members, consult with physicians, and document patient responses to treatment.
About You
Required:
- Current Occupational Therapy licensure in state of practice.
- Current CPR certification.
- Current driver's license and vehicle insurance, access to a dependable vehicle, or public transportation.
- Ability to function in any home situation regardless of age, race, creed, color, sex, disability, or financial condition of the client.
Preferred:
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently.
- Good communication, writing, and organizational skills.
