Summary
CorsoCare is seeking a Part Time Occupational Therapist to provide home care services in the Livingston, Washtenaw, and W. Oakland areas.
About the Role
As a Part Time Occupational Therapist, you will provide services to home care clients in accordance with the Plan of Care, under the direction of the attending physician. Your responsibilities will include performing assessments, diagnostic tests, and ongoing evaluations, as well as documenting findings and communicating with the interdisciplinary team.
About You
Required:
- Graduate of an accredited occupational therapy curriculum.
- Current registration or license as required by state(s) of practice.
- Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a health care facility or equivalent experience.
- CPR certification.
- Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with state/Agency requirements.
Preferred:
- Experience in home health care settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
