About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist Assistant, you will assist the Occupational Therapist in delivering patient-centered care, communicating changes in patient status, and participating in staff development and education programs. You will work primarily at Tradition Hospital but may float to other sites as needed. The position requires working part-time hours, including weekends and holidays.
About You
Required:
- Associate’s Degree or certificate
- Graduate of an Occupational Therapy Assistant Program accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association
- Current State licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant (OTA)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification through the American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross
Preferred:
- Experience in the clinical area
