About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist, you will be responsible for delivering occupational therapy services under a physician-approved plan of care. Your duties will include ensuring the plan addresses all identified problems, maintaining safety and effectiveness in service delivery, completing documentation accurately, and supervising home health aides when necessary.
About You
Required:
- Current license to practice occupational therapy in the state of Indiana.
- Graduate of an ACOTE accredited occupational therapy program.
- Eligible for or has completed the NBCOT certification examination.
- One year of related occupational therapy experience.
- Current CPR certification.
Preferred:
- Experience in home health care settings.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
