About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist at Enhance Rehabilitation, you will provide excellent care and customer service to patients and their families. Your responsibilities will include evaluating new patients, developing and revising plans of care, setting measurable goals, treating patients, and supervising Occupational Therapy Assistants. You will also be responsible for timely and accurate documentation of evaluations, re-evaluations, discharges, and daily progress notes.
About You
Required:
- Valid state license to practice as an Occupational Therapist.
- Experience in evaluating and treating patients in a rehabilitation setting.
Preferred:
- Experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
