Sunny Days is seeking an Occupational Therapist to join their team in Escondido, CA. The role involves providing home-based Early Intervention services to infants and toddlers with developmental delays.
About the Role
As an Occupational Therapist, you will conduct developmental assessments, provide therapy services utilizing the Parent Coaching Model, and follow each child’s Individualized Family Service Plan (IFSP). You will work with families to develop strategies for achieving developmental goals, provide services in natural environments, and maintain confidentiality in accordance with regulations.
About You
Required:
- Occupational Therapy license
- Pediatric experience required
Preferred:
- Early Intervention experience
- Home-based service delivery experience
- Strong clinical & interpersonal skills
- Excellent written & oral communication skills
- Bilingual in Spanish
